The Challenge
The challenge was to ensure that users truly benefited from the app. We had to build it in stages, knowing that everything we developed needed to be practical and usable. Since people working in the fields aren't very tech-savvy, we had to be mindful and gradually introduce them to the benefits of working with us.
The Solution
We designed a landing page and a web app. The main feature was connecting grain sellers with the best and most profitable commercial opportunities in the local market. They were already doing this, but it took them a lot of time to make a single calculation. In the first stage, we launched a form and a landing page. Then, we gradually introduced them to the web app, where they could track all the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to their sales.
The Result
A solution that allowed Santiago, the business owner, to scale up without needing to hire more people—efficient and cost-saving!
